More than twenty years ago, even before we've heard about Industry 4.0, we were providing remote connection services consisting of: troubleshooting via analog modem and management of cycle/event counters, hour counters, and events/alarms log on the machine, ready for the connection to an external supervision system, same thing for the extended troubleshooting on HMI for the alarms and the events log. Today, with the technological tools available, our machine automation allows various additional functions compared to what was done in the past:
- - Flexibility - format change (parameters from HMI)
- - Digitization - manuals and troubleshooting guide on the HMI
- - Customer care - worldwide remote access via the internet
- - IOT - possible worldwide machine status view (obviously only with the customer's permission)
- - Augmented reality - for mechanical / process support during a remote connection
- - Smart data - data transfer from machine to client-server, from the data table and/or database with a historical log of events, lots, etc.
- - Data online - depends on privacy settings

Doser for liquids or semi-liquids with pressurized tank with flow meters.
- Dosing unit with flowmeter technology.
- All the parts in contact with the product are in stainless steel or other food grade material.

The doser is mounted on a plate complete with compensator and small piston to rotate the 3-way valve. Heated system to keep the product fluid in the compensator.Fill products: margarine, chocolate, nut paste, etc.
FDCP-D
Doser for liquids with pumping syringes and diaphragm valve.
Volumetric feeder suitable for liquids. Complete with hopper, hopper lid and suitable injection nozzles for the product to dose. Servomotor driven doser to allow high speed and very precise control of product flow. All the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or other food-grade material.
Fill products: Soy sauce, oil, vinegar, etc.
FDCP
Doser for liquids or semi-liquids (ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, etc) with pumping syringes and rotating cylinder.
Volumetric feeder suitable for semidense liquids that might contain small particles. Complete with hopper, hopper lid and suitable injection nozzles for the product to dose. Servomotor driven doser to allow high speed and very precise control of product flow. All the parts in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or other food grade material. Fill products: ketchup, mayonnaise, mustard, hair gel, BBQ sauces, disinfectant, ice lollies, detergent, tomato paste, dressings, etc.

FWT
Doser for wet tissues.
Tissues are folded as required. It is possible to vary both the width and the length. Automatic detection of the tissue reel join.
The system includes a photocell for detecting the join on the tissue reel. The part of the reel with the join will be automatically discharged.
Automatic reel centering device to keep the non-woven material constantly aligned. The device compensates for any eventual imprecision in the unwinding of the reel.

Volumetric feeding system with oscillating movement used for free-flowing powders and granules, complete with hopper and feeding tubes. The oscillating movement is controlled by a servomotor to permit precise control of filling and discharging time of the dosing cups.
Fill products: detergents, soluble drinks, powdered soups, etc.
FGPV
Doser for fine powders with rotating cylinder. .GPV FEEDING SYSTEM
Feeding system suitable for powders and granules in variable doses. High speed product discharge by means of servomotors. Complete with hopper and feeding tubes. Dosing cavities with self cleaning system. Accessories available to give good dose tolerance. The oscillating movement is controlled by a servomotor to permit precise control of filling and discharging time of the dosing cups.
